Floscopa scandens ‘Mini Bamboo’ is a quite new, unusual aquarium plant that was introduced in the trade as a mini bamboo like plant.

Description
Under water it develops strong, upright stems with alternate, light green leaves and resembles the Tradescantia species that are used as houseplants.
Side branches appear especially on the lowermost nodes. Floscopa cf. scandens grows best with nutrient-rich substrate and CO2 supply. It is also recommendable as fast-growing emersed plant in paludariums.
